Springfield Square East/Park, approximately 250,000 square feet of conveniently located retail space has the advantage of strong retail synergism. The heart of the complex is located in the prime regional shopping area known to many retailers and shoppers as "The Golden Mile", a market area supported by the shopper’s traffic from the Springfield Mall and miles of other top retailers. The daily traffic count on Baltimore Pike at our center location is 36,000 cars per day prior to the opening of the Blue Route (I-476) which has significantly increased the daily traffic on Baltimore Pike.
